Follow all steps to ensure your booking is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of booking, please follow up with me as your booking may not be complete.

NEW CLIENTS- Complete the intake form (sent with booking confirmation) BEFORE your appointment. Address and directions are found in confirmation and reminder emails.

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY- No show appointments or those canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the FULL appointment fee. Any cancellations under 24 hours can not be completed online. Please contact me directly. A cancellation fee may apply.

45 min- $90

60 min- $110

75min- $128

90 min- $148

Fees include HST and are applicable to the treatment date and not the booking date.

ACCESSIBILTY- There are 3 steps up to the front entrance of my home and a set of stairs down to my treatment room.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not work with claims related to MVAs (motor vehicle accidents) or WSIB. Should one of these scenarios apply to you, please do not book online. I’d be happy to refer you to a clinic that does. Thank you.

Karen Komarek RMT, HBSc (Kin)

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists’ of Ontario (CMTO), the profession’s regulatory college, and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO) since 2001.

My interest in the human body and how it moves began as a youth involved in sport, particularly as a gymnast. I developed a further interest in ergonomics and the biomechanics of movement while completing my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.

I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clinical concerns including postural imbalances, muscle injury, fibromyalgia, headaches, and stress management since graduating from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program in 2001 and becoming an RMT.

Whether you are seeking massage therapy treatment for a specific condition, as part of a regular health maintenance plan, or you are simply looking to relax, I will assess your needs and make suggestions for treatment to help you reach your goal.
